Opening day of Snook Season yields over 20 Snook releases in a short two hours for Angler Torres & Capt. Chris Holleman, fishing with Capt. Allan Beraquit on Charlotte Harbor

 

Terry & Pete of Illinois have a tough day of fishing, but still manage five Reds and 15+ Seatrout with Capt. Allan Beraquit in Charlotte Harbor.  Pictured above is a 34" 10.5lb Redfish

 

Alice Fontaine & friends from the Northwest spend an afternoon Trout fishing on Charlotte Harbor.  Despite 20 MPH winds and an approaching cold front, countless trout, including several "Keepers" were caught.

   

     In February; amongst the cypress trees, bob cats, alligators, ospreys and largemouth bass is some pretty good freshwater Snook Fishing in the Peace & Myakka Rivers.  Charlotte Harbor Fishing with Florida Light Tackle Charters!!

John & Margaret Comment of Port Charlotte spend a learning day on Charlotte Harbor.  Although a slow day, John & Margaret still manage to land four Redfish, three Snook, Trout & Ladyfish. 

 

Tom Maksud of Sarasota, FL  hoists up two of the 18 Redfish caught fishing Charlotte Harbor with Capt. Derrick Jacobsen.  Reds were between 26" (7lbs) and 33" (14lbs).  Also caught were Snook & Trout

Chad & Karen Duncan of Jacksonville had a "Catching" day on Charlotte Harbor.  Countless Inshore Slams (Redfish, Snook & Seatrout) were caught today.

 

John Doxsie & party spend two days catching Redfish, Snook, Sea Trout, Black Drum, Shark and Jack Crevalle, fishing with Capt. Eric Herstedt, Capt. Jimmy Hobales & Capt. Gavet Tuttle in Flamingo Everglades National Park

  

Newlyweds, Brian & Laura Creech land & release 13 Big Redfish, several big Trout including one 24 1/2 incher and several Snook fishing Charlotte Harbor with Capt. Derrick Jacobsen

       

         

   

It's always a good problem when you can't keep count of how many Big Redfish you catch.  Mike Dalrymple & friends from Ohio fish Charlotte Harbor.  Smallest Red was 26" and largest was over 30"....What a day!

           

Despite 20 - 25 MPH Winds and 45 degree temps, Ben & Bob of New Jersey still manage to release 7 Snook on a 4-hr evening Snook charter!!

       

       

David Airy from the United Kingdom has a Redfish catching day in Charlotte Harbor with Capt. Allan Beraquit.  All in all David releases 8 Redfish, 7 of which were between 7 1/2lbs ("27") and 10 1/2lbs (30").  Smallest Red of the day was 24"

       

Ed Karas & family from Naperville, IL on their 2nd trip to Charlotte Harbor.  The fishing charter resulted in countless fish to include Redfish, Snook, Sea Trout and Ladyfish

     

Just another day in paradise......The Denny Family from Colorado have to cut their charter short as a result of sore arms from pulling on so many fish!  We lost count of how many Snook from 26" - 29" and Redfish from 25" - 29" we caught.  That's Charlotte Harbor Fishing !!

 

     

Fishing side by side; on the same day, Capt. Derrick Jacobsen's crew of Dan & Chuck from Maine experience the same hot bite.  Countless Redfish from 25" - 33" and Snook from 26" to 30" were caught.

Eric Fraim & his wife of Millington, Michigan lose count of how many Giant Redfish they caught.  It's every other cast for hours...Reds ranging from 25" to 35" and 15lbs!
