"MARCH MADNESS" is the starting month for baitfish pods to flood the grass-flats & following closely behind them are the big schools of "Bull Redfish"! Capt. Derrick Jacobsen guided these adrenaline junkies while visiting "Beautiful Charlotte Harbor" during their early "College Spring Break" for their chance to "Battle the Big Boys" on light tackle! They managed to land several bulls & one short ranging 10 to 15lbs while their Drags-a-Smokin!!! |

Rick Gibson and his friend Jeff, went on a 3-day guided "Bass Fishing Extravaganza" guided by Capt. Brian Hart in the Tarpon Spring/Tampa area! Capt. Hart guided them to a heart pounding 100+ catch & releases of Largemouth Bass! Their trophy catches included a 6lb, 7lb, 8lb & 9lb Whooper, along with numerous 2-5lb fish over three days of fishing!! (Now That's, what I call, "Bass Fishing"!) |

Angler Howard Stern of Portland, Oregon and Captain Ariel Cabrera with a pair of fly-caught Cobia. The fish ate yellow/white tarpon bunny fly on a ten weight, the larger fish weighed 28 pounds, it took 45 minutes to boat. "Now that's Something to write home about"!!! |

Brad Maitlamb & his brother-in-law Bob Hart did some "Extreme Inshore Light Tackle Catching" with Capt. Derrick Jacobsen in Charlotte Harbor! They battled numerous tackle breaking/testing Jack Crevalle up to 12lbs & a couple of beautiful Snook up to 28"s for an Extremely Fun day of Fishing!!!!! |

William Maness and his friend Conrad were overwhelmed with excitement & fatigue (they where whooped) after battling sum 50+ Redfish in the 8 to 10lb range with Capt. Brian Hart. Capt. Hart guided them into the "Low Fishing Pressure" area of Tarpon Springs, & as you can see by the smiles on these clients faces, it was well worth the trip!!!! |

Capt. Derrick still saves for his family & friends to go fishing when he has days off! His 3yr old son, Dalton & wife Christy enjoy a little sunshine while waiting on a bite, then before ya know it, "Fish On", Mom & Dalton land this 32" Snook! Along for a good time is Capt. Carl Smith & his wife Vicky whom is pictured battling this 13lb Jack Crevalle on very light tackle!! Later in the day we took a ride up river for some lunch at the Navigator Bar & Grill! |

"Trophy Catch" Bruce Bradbury & his fishing buddie Dennis from Stanford, CT had a Trophy Day of Fishing with Capt. Derrick Jacobsen in the backcountry flats of "Charlotte Harbor"! Bruce (blue shirt) battled this 18.5lb-38" Snook on very light spinning tackle to land his "Biggest Snook ever as a 20yr past resident of Ft Myers"! (it took him 30mins to stop shaking from the adrenaline rush) Dennis had a blast landing his 32.5"-10lb Snook as well! Together they boated sum 14-Snook, several Redfish, 6-Speckeled Sea Trout up to 3lbs, & plenty of drag burning Jack Crevalle which they both completed 2-"Florida Slams! Bruce is now in the FLTC "Trophy 15lb+ Snook Club" with his "MONSTER"!!! AWESOME FISHIN GUYS!! |
