My husband and I had the most wonderful
day and most wonderful time with Captain Ned.
We had to catch a minimum of 40 fish including trout,
shark, flounder, mackerel, snapper, sheepshead, yellow
jack, lady fish and, yes, of course the wonderful catfish!
I
do wish to express my thoughts about Captain Ned. Not
only was he educational about fishing and the
everglades he also had such a pleasant personality. He
certainly was skilled but he was also easy going,
humorous, patient and, most importantly, made this day
very special for us. Your company is certainly
represented well by Captain Ned's talent to provide
a perfect day and you by making the arrangements easy
and well worth the
trip.
I cannot really think of any area you could enhance.
I work in the hospitality business so I deal
with "guest experiences" on a daily basis. From the
start of my search, to the ease and thoroughness of your web site, the ease of booking, directions to the dock to meet the captain, the actual day of
the trip and the wonderful manner and skill of the
captain, the telephone call from Florida Light Tackle the day after the trip, the ease of payment and now this
questionnaire, I really think you have it all covered plus some. Geez,
I am starting to sound like a commercial for Florida Light Tackle but the entire experience was top notch. Many businesses could take lessons from
you. Thank you for a quality experience
